BloomForge

Two things under one name: an iOS fitness app, and the deployed site that sells it. The app has no streaks and no leaderboards — every workout advances a hand-drawn tree through six illustrated stages, finished trees are kept forever in your Forest, reps are counted live by on-device pose detection with a skeleton overlay so you can see it working, and coins are earned only by moving and can never be bought. bloomforge.site is the shipped half: it walks through all of that and takes waitlist signups until the app reaches iOS.
